The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) is seeking public comments on a project description for the proposed Scotian Basin Exploration Drilling Project, located approximately 230 to 370 kilometres off the southeast coast of Nova Scotia.

As the first step in the process, this comment period will help inform the Agency’s environmental assessment approach and identify potential effects that the project may have on the environment.

All comments received will be considered public. Written comments must be submitted by September 8, 2015 to:
