Public Advisory: Provincial Ferries Now Operating on Summer Schedules

Residents and travellers are advised that the following intra-provincial ferries on the island portion of the province are now operating on summer schedules:
- Fogo Island – Change Islands – Farewell
- St. Brendan’s – Burnside
- Little Bay Islands – Long Island – Pilley’s Island
- Ramea – Grey River – Burgeo
- Gaultois – McCallum – Hermitage
- Rencontre East – Bay L’Argent – Pool’s Cove
- South East Bight – Petite Forte
- La Poile – Rose Blanche
The Portugal Cove – Bell Island ferry is currently operating on the One Vessel Non-Enhanced Schedule and the Francois – Grey River – Burgeo ferry is operating on a year-round schedule.
For Labrador, the Blanc Sablon – St. Barbe ferry service will commence a summer schedule on June 19, 2016, and an update on the Labrador North Coast ferry service was issued on Wednesday, June 1, with that service set to begin June 20 – www.releases.gov.nl.ca/releases/2016/tw/0601n06.aspx.
