Pink Larkin welcomes three new lawyers to its Halifax office – Lexpert

Pink Larkin announced that three new lawyers have joined the firm’s office in Halifax.

Laura Rhodes’s practice areas include civil litigation, mediation and arbitration. She has experience in connection with commercial and construction disputes and in municipal, public law, privacy and regulatory matters.

Victoria L. Rees, Q.C., has more than three decades of experience in the resolution and investigation of professional regulation complaints, as well as in administrative law principles, investigator and adjudicator training, alternate dispute resolution, ethics guidance and regulatory reform.

James A. Michael has over 25 years of experience in Aboriginal law. Michael, a member of Sipekne’katik, has represented First Nation clients in relation to matters such as Indigenous governance, Aboriginal and Treaty rights, consultation and negotiation of land claims, natural resource development and litigation.
