A Parks Canada ceremony is being held to honour Commander (ret’d) Rowland Marshall and Lieutenant Commander (ret’d) Sherry Richardson as Hometown Heroes for their achievements and contributions during their time with Canada’s naval reserve and for their efforts to help preserve and promote natural and cultural heritage in Canada.
Andy Fillmore, Member of Parliament for Halifax, Nova Scotia, will be in attendance on behalf of the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada.

Time: The event will start at 11:00 a.m. AST
