Media Advisory: Minister Parsons to Attend National Roundtable on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls

The Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Justice and Public Safety, will attend the 2016 National Roundtable on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls. The meeting is being held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, this week with the minister participating tomorrow (Thursday, February 25) and Friday, February 26.
The National Roundtable brings together families of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls, representatives from the Native Women’s Association of Canada, Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada, Les Femmes Michif Otipemisiwak /Women of the Métis Nation, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, the Assembly of First Nations, Métis National Council, all provinces and territories, and the Federal Government.
