The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, at the invite of the Honourable Jane Philpott, Federal Minister of Indigenous Services, will take part in a meeting on First Nations, Inuit and Métis Nation child and family services this week in Ottawa.

Participants also include federal, provincial and territorial colleagues, national Indigenous organizations and representatives from some Newfoundland and Labrador Indigenous groups. The meetings will take place Thursday, January 25, and Friday, January 26, at the Shaw Conference Centre, 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa.
