The Native Council of Prince Edward Island shares in the loss of John Edward Mitchell who passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015. John was born in Charlottetown on April 26, 1951, son of the late John P and Florence (Mitchell) Labobe. Survived by his daughter Lucy, grandson Andrew, mother of his daughter Lucy (Sark) Mitchell and by Sisters Margaret Labobe, Charlottetown; Charlotte (Richard) Morris, Birch Hill and brother Harry Labobe, Lennox Island.
Johnny (Cool) Mitchell and his family have been strong supporters for the Native Council for years. The Native Council would like to send out condolences to Johnny “Cool” Mitchell and all of the family.
