Humber Valley Paving study expected later this year

The inquiries are definitely happening — all three of them — Justice Minister Andrew Parsons says.

Last weekend, Parsons attended a national roundtable for the nascent national inquiry into missing and murdered aboriginal women; he said it was a powerful experience.

Closer to home, Parsons has three inquiries of his own to call: into the Humber Valley Paving affair, the 2012 death of Labrador youth Burton Winters and the killing of Mitchell’s Brook resident Donald Dunphy by an RNC officer last year.
