Job Description

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Keep kitchen and work area clean
• Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
• Monitor and order suppliesInspect and sanitize all kitchen food service area
• Work with specialized kitchen equipment

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience: Completion of High school and 1-2 years of cooking experience

or

Completion of Hospitality/Cooking Program

Language: Basic English (as long as can safely carry out duties)

Wage: $12.50 hourly for 35 hours weekly
