Join us to learn about the resources available for employers and how they can support you in hiring and retaining foreign talent.

This event is free of charge to employers who have hired, or are thinking about hiring, foreign nationals. Note: This event will have the same information as the information session taking place on the 31st – as space is limited please only register for one event.

Representatives from Provincial and Federal Departments, as well as local settlement providers, will be on hand to share info and help answer your questions.

IRCC: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada is the federal department that processes temporary and permanent resident applications. IRCC has a team of Outreach Officers that provide assistance to employers navigating how they can hire foreign talent. This team can be accessed at: promotion@cic.gc.ca

LSI:The Immigration and Population Growth branch of the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration manages a variety of programs that support and promote immigration to Nova Scotia. In additional to immigration programs, LSI has a team of Navigators located throughout the province who assist employers and potential immigrants with any questions they might have about provincial immigration programs and pathways.
