Join Unama’ki College and Cape Breton University in celebrating 50 years of excellence and 50 years of Indigenous education at our first ever Indigenous Alumni Gala, presented by the Union of Nova Scotia Mi’kmaq, October 25 at the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre.
This fun-packed night will include a cocktail hour, sit down dinner, cultural performances, a keynote speaker, and music by The Relatives and DJ Majestic!
Every ticket purchased will make an impact by supporting Indigenous student awards (scholarships and bursaries) at CBU. By purchasing a ticket, you are empowering Indigenous students in achieving their pursuit of a post-secondary education.
- 5:30 pm: Doors open
- 6:00 pm: Cocktail hour begins with live music by Morgan Toney
- 7:00 pm: Dinner
- 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm: Live performance by The Relatives
- 11:00 pm – 1:00 am: DJ Majestic
